Todd Foundation General Fund - Initial Application

The time for submissions closes on 11:00PM 3 May 2012 (NZST - Auckland time).

NOTE: this form is for applications to our General Fund only. If you wish to apply to our Earthquake Recovery Fund, please use this form instead

We have a two-step funding process; the first step is quick and simple and involves completing a brief Initial Application form. To view the form or apply online, click the buttons at the top of this page.

We prefer to receive applications online. If this isn't possible, please call us on 04 931 6189 or email us at info@toddfoundation.org.nz to discuss an alternative method.

Your Initial Application must be received by 11 pm on 22 August 2012, to be considered for our November 2012 funding round.

This is the ONLY information we need at this preliminary stage. We will use this information to decide whether to request a full proposal for funding. Initial Applications are reviewed by staff, usually within 6 weeks of receipt.

Hints for completing the form online

Registering

Registering creates an 'account' for your organisation, and you can use this again if you wish to make applications for future rounds. You will need to enter an email address to register. You may use any email address you wish to register. However, if your organisation has a 'generic' email (e.g. info@organisation.org or admin@organisation.org), using this may be a good idea, so that other staff members can use the same log on in future if necessary (as long as they know the password!)

Navigating (moving through) the application form

On the right hand side of every screen, there is a box which links directly to every page of the application. Click on any page to jump directly to that page. You can also click 'next page' or 'previous page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the application.

Saving your draft application and returning later

Remember to save often to ensure that you don't lose any of the information you've entered. You can press 'save progress' or 'save and close' at any point and log out. When you log back in, your draft application will be saved and you can start where you left off.

Submitting your application

Once you have completed your application, you will be asked to review and then submit it. Remember to review your application carefully, as you can't change it online once it has been submitted. You will not be able to submit your application until all the compulsory questions (marked *) are completed.
